Today, it's a rare college that will not accept homeschoolers. For up to date information, check their college websites and catalogs.

College Board Org. Information on college planning, transcripts, testing resources and strategies, financial aid, advanced placement, CLEP, SAT, PSAT, and ACT testing. You can find out what financial aid you are eligible for and how to apply for it. Register for the SAT online. They even have information specifically for homeschoolers.

Federal Student Aid: If you are interested in financial aid, here's another place to look. These programs provide more than $60 billion a year in grants, loans, and work-study assistance.

Student Guide: The Student Guide is the most comprehensive resource on student financial aid from the U.S. Department of Education. Grants, loans, and work-study are the three major forms of student financial aid available through the Department's Student Financial Assistance office. Updated each award year, The Student Guide tells you about the programs and how to apply for them. The Student Guide 2001-2002, available in English and Spanish, is for the award year July 1, 2001 - June 30, 2002.
